2. What we collect
The contact form collects your name, email, country, optional company, collection of interest and message. When submitted, the site sends these details to our email inbox through a PHP form handler. It does not save the message in a website database. The server temporarily processes a hashed IP identifier and timestamps to limit spam; hosting and email providers may also process technical logs. Exact provider settings should be checked before launch.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your details to answer the enquiry you chose to send. You are asked to consent to this processing before submission and may withdraw your consent by contacting us. If your request leads to pre-contractual steps, a different legal basis may apply. The client/legal advisor should confirm the final lawful bases before publication. Required fields are needed so we can reply.
4. Recipients, transfers and retention
Enquiries are handled by the controller and service providers needed for hosting and email delivery. The per-IP rate-limit uses hashed identifiers in temporary server storage with a ten-minute counting window. Email and server-log retention, the identity of all processors and any international transfers must be confirmed before publication. We do not sell enquiry data.
5. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing. 6. Cookies and local storage
This site does not set analytics or marketing cookies. It uses browser localStorage only to remember language choice and whether you dismissed the storage notice. No tracking integrations are included. You can remove local data through your browser settings. Update this notice if third-party services are added.
